No, the ecological brick can be seated in many ways, the glue PVA is one of the ways more practice and faster, we can use conventional bedding mortar or a mixing made of glue, water and de own soil too. By a modular system, depending of proposed project, we can dispense the glue between the bricks for to use only the system of fitting of them.

How many paving can be done using ecological bricks?
The quantity of floors change according to every project study, this quantity must be indicated by calculating of project that will take into account facts like foundation type to be used, loads that this building will have, etc. We have in our project gallery, a housing conjunct in the city of Ourinhos-SP, that have more of 70 houses, being the blocks in 3 paving. Where are used the chute bricks?
The chute bricks change functions on project, these are used as part of the structural system of edification. When concreted the chute bricks form the beams of project or the called tying belts, are used bellow and above the windows too (stick and counter-stick), in walls to 1m of height (forming tying belt) and on back of a chair before the big eight. Do the ecological bricks accept any type of coating?
Yes. Any type of coating applied in conventional construction can be used, without any specific preparation. Between many coating we can cite the mortar, to fix the tiles and inserts, grafiáto, textures, plaster, paint, water based, oil based paint, resins, sealants, varnishes, plaster, wallpaper, etc… Due the perfection of wall and of plumb, less material will be used to end the work.

After how long can I carry the bricks?
The advised is make it after 7 days of cure, because passed this time, the brick already get the min resistance for not break easily.

What are the cement types that can I use?
For the production of ecological bricks and floors haven’t restriction for the cement type to be used, because all develop the same function of give resistance to the brick, so the choice is up to the customer.

Is mandatory leave a space between a brick and other? How many centimeters?
The ecological brick, like any other material type, has a dilatation and a retraction as the climatic changes. It’s important that leaves yes, a spacing between a brick and other of around 1mm to 1.5mm, this spacing must be taken into account in time of to make the modulation plant. Because every 8 bricks the wall move forward around 1cm, so the baldrame plant is elaborated with the criterions of spacing to avoid that bricks exceed the foundation.

Is the ecological brick more resistant than ceramic brick?
With base in Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas (ABNT) rules we can make a comparison. The minimum resistance demanded for the soil-cement brick is MPA (Mega Pascal). So, the ECOLOGICAL BRICK, within the ABNT rules, has twice of the resistance, leaving the red ceramic brick in disadvantage with the minimum of your resistance.

How many % of construction residue can be used for the fabrication of ecological brick?
The amount of residue and cement has variation according to the soil type that will be used for the fabrication of ecological bricks, the indicated is that be done tests with materials that pretend be used to reach in such ideal proportion and that reach the indicated resistance in ABNT rules. We already detect in bricks of our customers, a proportion of 80% of construction residue and 20% of cement and the final product obtained a resistance of 6 MPA, proven by technical reports.
