MANUFACTURE OF BLOCKS:

By hydraulic pressure.the two oil cylinder will give a powerful pressing for the block.after material feeding,the two oil cylinder will press the middle block,final up mold rise, the block will come out

BLOCKS MEASURE:

Length 23cm, width 22cm, height up to 11.5cm.
The length, the width and height are not fixed dimensions,but if customer want one machine with some molds, these molds should have similar size.

HR 1-20 can produce the block size in the table as followed:
